Session 1: July 13-18, 2025

Program Details

The Saints & Scholars Summer Theology Institute is a one-week, pre-college program that provides high school students each year the opportunity to:

  • Receive College Credit

  • Participate in lively seminar discussions that are rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition and guided by faculty from Holy Cross College and the University of Notre Dame
  • Serve community organizations related to your area of interest
  • Share community-building experiences with students from around the world

The week features numerous faith-based activities including daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, praying the Liturgy of the Hours, and is rounded out with tons of fun—basketball, volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, an evening dance/social, all while students explore our beautiful campus in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Each participant chooses an area of interest to focus on for seminar discussions, field trips, and fun activities throughout the week.

Kevin M. Myers, DWS

Director of Campus Ministry

Doctor of Worship Studies – Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies Master of Music – Towson University Bachelor of the Arts – Messiah College

Greetings! My name is Kevin Myers, and I am privileged to serve as the Director of Campus Ministry at Holy Cross College. I am a cradle Catholic, originally from Harrisburg, PA – though I have had the opportunity to serve in Maryland, Colorado, Florida, and now Indiana. Most recently I served as the Campus Minister for Worship at the University of Missouri and the Director of Campus Ministry at Florida State University. I completed my undergraduate studies in music with a minor in church music at Messiah College, then went on to receive a graduate degree in music at Towson University, and finally a doctoral degree in worship studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies in Jacksonville, Florida. My thesis was entitled “Becoming Disciples: Learning How to Love God, Love Others, and Love the World.” I have been in professional ministry for 15 years serving in liturgical, musical, and campus ministry roles and am beyond blessed to be here at Holy Cross! My wife Kristen and I were married in May of 2019 and are blessed with a beautiful (soon to be 2- year-old) daughter, Kateri. We also are avid dog lovers as we have three at home (Yadi, Norah, and Luna)!
