Holy Cross is excited to announce Lynn Hubert as the newly appointed Senior Vice President for Mission Advancement at Holy Cross College effective February 12, 2024. Dr. Hubert will serve as the College’s chief advancement officer with the principal responsibility for designing and implementing a comprehensive institutional advancement program consistent with the College’s strategic goals and direction. Dr. Hubert will also serve on the Executive Council, Senior Leadership Team, and work closely with the Board of Trustees.
In October 2022, the Holy Cross College Board of Trustees approved expanding the College’s Advancement operations to prepare for a strong and thriving future for the College. As such, Dr. Clark, alongside the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team, has worked to create an infrastructure in support of the ambitious future outlined for the College in the 2024 Strategic Plan, With Eyes of Faith. “I am grateful for Dr. Hubert’s careful discernment and for saying “Yes” to God’s call for her at Holy Cross College,” says Dr. Clark, “This is truly providential, and I look forward to walking side by side with Dr. Hubert in the transformational mission of Holy Cross College.”
Dr. Hubert has an extraordinary record of success in higher education advancement. With a passion for Catholic higher education and a mission-driven ethic after working for 18 years for the Congregation of Holy Cross at the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Hubert is an ideal fit for Holy Cross College.
“My journey to joining the Holy Cross College family has been filled with many sacred moments, which have given me resolve. I’m enthusiastic and grateful for the opportunity to work in humble service with Dr. Clark, the faculty, and the staff in educating and forming the young men and women who are beautifully served by this community,” says Hubert.
Hubert is also well respected in the greater South Bend-Granger region. She and her husband Dan are parishioners at St. Pius X Catholic Church, parents of three children who attend or graduated from St. Joseph High School, are active participants in their community, and members of the South Bend-Elkhart Chapter of Legatus.
