Cosette Fox: Academic Leader and Innovator
Dr. Cosette Fox serves as Dean of Faculty, Department Chair of Social Sciences, and Professor of Psychology at Holy Cross College. An accomplished author, her textbook What is God’s Design for Your Brain? Connecting Neuroscience to the Bible reflects her dedication to blending science and faith in her teaching. Dr. Fox’s leadership advances faculty development and strengthens the academic experience for students.
Dr. Lynn Hubert: Advancing Mission and Building Partnerships
Dr. Lynn Hubert, Senior Vice President for Mission Advancement, joined Holy Cross College on February 12, 2024. As the College’s chief advancement officer, Dr. Hubert leads efforts to design and implement a comprehensive institutional advancement program aligned with the College’s strategic goals. Her role includes serving on the Executive Council, Senior Leadership Team, and working closely with the Board of Trustees to foster strong partnerships and strengthen the College’s mission.
Dr. Dianne Barlas: Champion of Mission and Ministry
Dr. Dianne Barlas, Vice President for Mission and Ministry, brings decades of dedicated service to Holy Cross College. With her background in theology and extensive leadership experience, Dr. Barlas leads initiatives that strengthen faculty formation, student engagement, and mission-centered decision-making. She is a member of the President’s Executive Council.
Monica Markovich: Driving Financial Strategy and Stability
As the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Monica Markovich plays a critical role in ensuring the College’s financial stability. Her strategic approach bolsters Holy Cross College’s ability to fulfill its educational mission while expanding opportunities for students and faculty. She is a member of the President’s Executive Council.
Angela Moloney: Inspiring Philanthropy and Mission-Driven Leadership
Angela Moloney, a member of the Board of Trustees, is the founding President and CEO of the Catholic Foundation of Michigan. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and philanthropic development, Moloney champions mission-driven giving that supports Catholic education.
Kathleen Texido: Strengthening Student Life and Financial Management

member of the Board of Trustees, Kathleen Texido’s leadership background includes finance roles at Sony Music and Ascent Technology, Inc. Her commitment to fundraising and enhancing student life strengthens Holy Cross College’s community focus.
Barbara O’Connor: Investing in Faculty Excellence
Barbara O’Connor’s recent $1 million gift established the O’Connor Fund for Faculty Development, empowering faculty to pursue professional growth and ensuring enriched learning experiences for students.
Iris Hammel: Innovating Education and Fostering Collaboration
A member of the Board of Trustees, Hammel is the Senior Vice President of the Garatoni-Smith Family Foundation, Iris Hammel is a champion of hands-on learning and collaboration. Her innovative approaches foster experiential education opportunities for Holy Cross College students.
