Innovation makes every moment count!
NOTRE DAME, IN (February 11, 2014) - Having great ideas or ambitions are wonderful goals. Making them happen in an ever-changing workplace is quite another factor.
Dick Pfeil shares his path to success in the next Practical Lessons in Success series at Holy Cross College on Tuesday, February 18th. Pfeil, an individual who, working with excellent support teams and a keen vision as president, was the driving force in the growth of Koontz-Wagner, one of the best-known and most successful manufacturing, electrical maintenance, and electrical contracting companies in our wide area.
Pfeil was also instrumental in introducing the Montessori Method of Education to the commercial workplace to increase employee interaction and improve overall productivity in a highly competitive business.
This success inspired him to, in 2011, provide the founding gift for the Pfeil Innovation Center, which educates Michiana business people on how to grow their businesses through innovative thinking. The center operates in a former Madison Center building on Niles Avenue in South Bend.
Members of the Michiana community are welcome to attend the Practical Lessons in Success presentation and share in Pfeil's efforts to bring innovation to the workplace.
Dick Pfeil visits the Holy Cross College campus Tuesday, February 18 at 7:00 p.m. The event takes place in the Driscoll Auditorium, followed by a social reception.
Seminars are free and open to the public.
